Each team must have at least one certified Coach and one certified Trainer on the bench for each game. We are always looking for Coaches and Trainers, if you are interested in helping out please consider taking one of the available clinics and become a Coach or Trainer.

Proposed House League Ice TimesThis year families registering three or more players in WMHA will only be required to pay the full registration for the oldest two registrants and will receive a 30% discount off each of the younger player registrations (discount applies to the lower of the registrations). In the event that all registration fees are the same the discount would apply to the third and subsequent registrations. The online registration system is not capable of applying these discounts therefore eligible families must pay in person at the WMHA office to receive these discounts.
Example: a family registering one Midget, one Bantam, one Novice player and one Peanut would receive a 30% discount off of the Novice registration and 30% off of the Peanut registration or $151.50 savings.
Notes:
· After August 16, 2010 a $100.00 late fee will be applied.
· Registration fees must be paid before players are permitted on theice for tryouts or evaluations.
· Tryout fees are $40.00.
· Players requesting to play up one division must submit their request to the WMHA office not than 30 days prior to the first tryout and must pay an additional $40.00 tryout fee.
Application· Those that won the $100.00 registration discount at the AGM must pay in person in order to receive the discount.

You may choose to pay this years WMHA registration fees immediately online with your Visa or MasterCard by choosing the online Credit Card Payment Option. This is fully secured service operated by Global Payments, affiliated with the CIBC and National Banks.
Cheque or money order
You may pay your registration feein full or use the installment plan.
If you choose the installment plan please break up your registration fee(s) into 4 equal payments. Please make 4 cheques to WMHA dated for July 30, August 30, September 30 and October 30. There will be a $25.00 fee charged for NSF cheques.

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if we receive written notice before your child has been on WMHA scheduled ice.
Amount paid by cheque will be delayed until cheque clears bank.
With Board approval, the balance of registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Until Nov. 30 – 60%, Dec. 31 –40%, Jan. 15 – 30% after Jan. 15 on %.
Refund will be minus administration and insurance paid.
